The Races we are hoping to attend and participate in are:
Lap the Lake in Vernon, BC on beautiful Swan Lake June 11. This is a 3.5 km head race around the perimeter of the lake. 500m sprints will be run after lunch. Fee is $35 per rower and includes lunch. http://www.lapthelake.com/
